Purchase of any Item from MyJapanBrand.com; the Purchaser is bound by the following Terms and Conditions.

As a visitor to MyJapanBrand.com, we feel that it is very important for you to be aware of the various conditions you assume by using our web site. Your use of this website constitutes your agreement to follow these rules and to be bound by them. If you do not agree with any of these Terms and Conditions, do not use the MyJapanBrand.com website.

MyJapanBrand.com reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Your use of this website following any such change constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by the Terms and Conditions as changed. For this reason, we encourage you to review these Terms and Conditions whenever you use this website.

Regarding the following, MyJapanBrand.com may also be described as (a)"We", "Us", or "Our", The Customer/Purchaser may be described as the "Buyer."

There are 3 Categories to this Agreement: (1) Payment and delivery Terms (2) Warranties and Liability of Use and (3) Returns Inwards.

Before making any purchase from MyJapanBrand.com you must first Read, Understand, and Accept these Terms:

 

(1) Payment and delivery Terms

Prepayment against our quotation, by Bank transfer, Credit Card, PAYPAL or International Money Order.
Payment in Yen (JPY) or USD is acceptable by payment of Bank transfer and International Money Order. Payment in Yen (JPY), USD ($), GBP (British Pound), AUD (Australian Dollar), CAD (Canadian Dollar) or EUR (Euro) is acceptable by Paypal payment.
VISA/MASTERCARD/DINERS/AMEX are charged at the prevailing US$/Yen rate as quoted on the day and date of transaction as per usual business practice.
Our estimations include Bank transfer fees (=surcharge), which are non-refundable.
Paying by Paypal or Credit card contract no such surcharges any longer.
Any discount on our website is not redeemable as Cash or transferable between MyJapanBrand.com customers.

　(a) we are NOT responsible for fluctuations in exchange rates before or after Card authorization or Bank transfer date(s).
  (b) we are NOT responsible for applicable Import duties/and/or Taxes that occur in any Country; it is understood that import Tax charges and brokerage fees are the SOLE responsibility of the Importer.
  (c) we are NOT responsible for storage charges incurred as the result of delayed shipment, delayed clearance, Strikes, Civil Commotion, Acts of War or short shipment howsoever incurred.
  (d) we are NOT responsible for losses incurred as the result of partial shipment, short shipment or Non-delivery by any Carrier for any reason.
(we can quote for, and arrange, Insurance to cover such contingencies).
  (e) we are NOT responsible for losses occurring as the result of misinterpretation and/or typographical error involving any of our Website pricing; and/or Freight rates, which are subject to change entirely at our discretion. We will cancel or amend any Order placed with us; the maximum limit of liability being the FOB Japan value quoted.
  (f) we reserve the right to withdraw; modify, or otherwise rescind, any Quotation given at our discretion or cancel any Order at any time, with the maximum limit of liability being recognized as the total FOB Japan value of the Quotation or Order thus cancelled or modified.
  (g) we reserve the right to alter pricing, item descriptions and/or availability of any and all Products offered by MyJapanBrand.com at any time and for any reason.
  (h) we do NOT accept orders from Companies or Individuals that manufacture Pattern Items; we do NOT supply Items to be copied to the detriment of any Manufacturer, or any patent or design holder.
  (i) we are not responsible for Manufacturer's changes in Design, Color, or Materials of items supplied.

 

The company reserves the right to amend technical or clerical errors in any order without notice. In addition, the buyer ensures that all details contained within the order are correct prior to submission to the Company. Subsequent to delivery, the Company shall accept no liability for any error or inaccuracy in the stated order.
These terms and conditions form part of the Agreement between the Buyer and ourselves. In accessing this website it is confirmed that you understand, agree, and accept the Disclaimer Notice and the full Terms and Conditions contained herein. Your statutory Consumer Rights are unaffected.
Once authorized, Orders are expedited. We do not accept cancellations and we do not refund prior to delivery, UNLESS the manufacturer can no longer supply, that is, the ordered part is out of production.
With the purchase of any item from MyJapanBrand.com, it is considered that the Purchaser has Read, Understood, and Accepted our General Terms.

(2) Warranties

Warranties are solely restricted to the limitation of the Manufacturers warranty; MyJapanBrand.com will NOT be responsible or liable for any loss relating to short-shipment or non-delivery of Part(s), and/or failure of any Item(s) to meet Country regulations, or to suit any application whatsoever. Items purchased are supplied on the understanding that application and liability for use are SOLELY the responsibility of the Buyer. When purchasing Goods from MyJapanBrand.com it is considered that the Purchaser has Read, Understood, and Accepted these Warranty Terms and limitations of Liability.

(3) Returns Inwards:

We do not accept any Returns or Cancellations once an order is processed, Except in the case that incorrect shipment, or short shipment occurs. In such case we must be contacted within ONE WEEK of the consignees receipt of goods that there is either (1) incorrect shipment and /or (2) short shipment. In the case of incorrect shipment, that is, we've supplied the wrong part(s) in error, we will make arrangements to uplift the freight, and/or request a tracking number for accepted and arranged returns.
Absolutely NO Returns inwards will be accepted, or credited, without our prior authorization.

We reserve the right to refuse the restock or refund Kits/Assemblies with missing components, damaged Items or repainted or otherwise altered. We reserve the right to deduct the reasonable cost of replacement or repair where possible.

Unauthorized Returns inwards; including those items returned as Unclaimed and/or Undeliverable/No such address; we will make every effort to contact the Consignee, and return Freight/Postage will be requested, EXCEPT in cases where we have misaddressed by OUR error. In the event no contact is made, or the Consignee requests the Item(s) be abandoned; or return Freight/Postage remains unpaid; Item(s) will be held in storage for 60 days, and thereafter disposed of at our discretion with no further Claim recognized.
When purchasing any Goods from MyJapanBrand.com, it is considered that the Purchaser has Read, Understood, and Accepted these Returns Inwards Terms.

The viewing of this site, and or in purchasing from MyJapanBrand.com, it is considered that our Customer/Purchaser has Read, Understood, and Accepted all the Terms herein.
