Office Closed: April 29 - May 7, 2023 for Golden Week Holidays

Dear MJB Customer,

MyJapanBrand's office will be closed from April 29 to May 7, 2023, for the Golden Week Holidays.

Most suppliers and auction sellers will also be closed during this period.

You can still place bids on Yahoo auction items through MyJapanBrand.com.

If you want us to ship your items before this vacation, please complete the 2nd Payment by April 26th.

After the vacation, we will provide auction results, process void/capture PayPal authorizations, respond to inquiries, handle Purchase service, receive items, pack, and ship them out.
