How do I use the shopping cart?

Step1)
There are two ways to search for the item you are interested in.

Search by keyword at the top of our top page,
OR
 Quick Search: choose Category (required) → Category 2 as well if necessary
 Choose Category 3, Brand/Manufacture 
 You can choose any one of the three columns.

You can set your home currency.
Click under JPY price in each item, and a new page will pop up. Once you have selected your home currency, click “refresh” button. This system helps you to imagine the item price, but it’s only as a guide.



Step2)

Click “Item Name”, when you find the item. 
Please choose “select 1”, “select 2” and change QTY if necessary.
And click “Add to the cart for quote”.



Step3)

If you want to add more items, then please click “back to item list” and go back to Step 2.  If you are NOT going to add any other items, then please skip this step.

Web browser accordingly.



Step 4)

Please select your area and click “Select Your Area”.



Step 5)

Please fill out "Delivery Charge Quote".
If you want to know the delivery charge to “Your nearest airport”, “To your nearest seaport”, choose each of the above column.  Especially for large items, it will give you various options if you choose the above columns.

Select the "Payment Method".
Surcharge for paying by Bank will be added as "Surcharge" at checkout.
Surcharge, that is, International transaction fee, is JPY3,000 by Bank.
No surcharge for paying by Paypal or Credit card. 

Enter your email address and click “SUBMIT”.



Step 6)

Please choose Freight method and click “Proceed with an Order” if the item price and shipping fee are OK with you.



Step 7)

Please go on to read "PLEASE READ".



Step 8)

Please fill out "Consignee's Information", "Buyer Information" and "Process an order". Check your email address again here and click “Process with an order”. 
PLEASE NOTE: IMPORTING TAX, DUTY, etc ARE NOT INCLUDED. You may have to pay it.
We do NOT know how much it will be. Please inquire about it at the Customs in your country.



What is the next step after I have made an order with the shopping cart?

 An email entitled "Information of order content" will be sent to you automatically from us after you have made an order with our shopping cart.
And you may check the order content, total amount including shipping fee and surcharge in the mail.

Why didn't I get any information from you after I have made an order with the shopping cart?

 Normally you will receive an automatic email entitled "Information of Order content" from us immediately after you have made an order with our shopping cart.  If you do not receive it and you are not sure whether your order has gone through or not, please e-mail our support team and inquire about it.

Please make sure you enter the correct e-mail address.

Why the amount was different between the one on your site and the one charged by my credit card company?

 We quote in JPY (Japanese Yen), when you pay in your currency by credit card, the JPY amount is calculated with the credit card company's exchange rate. Each credit card company has their own rate and timing of exchange conversion. Please inquire your credit card company for further information.
We will not be responsible for losses caused by fluctuations in exchange rates.
If you set your home currency on the browser, this system helps you to imagine the item price, but it only serves as a guide.

My bank cannot transfer money in JPY.

 Please contact our support team after making your order. Support team helps you for transaction in USD or EUR.

Can you declare lower value on the invoice of order?

 No, we cannot declare lower value on invoice.
It is our policy that we cannot declare lower value of items in order to avoid confusion. Due to the large number of parcels that we deliver to foreign countries every day, we don't want to run the risk of doing so. If the Customs Office discovers it one day, we will not be allowed to export items to foreign countries any longer. 

By what company do you ship the goods?

 Mostly by Japan Post's EMS.
Depending on destination, size and weight, we use DHL, FEDEX, UPS, Air Cargo or Sea Cargo as well.
We choose the best shipping company for your purchase..

When do you advise me the tracking number(s)?

 After we hand goods on Japan post or ship to bond area,they give us tracking number(s). We advise them to you immediately by email. 
Here are links for tracking; EMS (Japanpost), DHL, Fedex, Schenker, Seino Logix.Sometimes it takes a few days to renew their tracking data.

I received the goods. But they were damaged. What

 Contact our support team immediately. All goods we export are insured. We often need pictures of damaged goods. Please keep damaged goods and package. Investigator may want to look at them.

Can I inquire about items NOT on your site?

 Yes, email us. We will try and locate any item(s). Inquire us by email. 
Give us the information as much as you have, brand/ manufacture, maker number, or any details. We will forward your request to the seller.
Please note; 
(1) We don't deal in any Used items
(2) We cannot search for the items by pictures.



Can you supply used items?

 No, we don’t deal in any used items whatsoever.
